Select the exact alloy around load, movement, mating material and lubrication. The casting or wrought route and supplied condition matter as much as the short bronze name.
For your flanged bush, define shaft and housing geometry, oil ports, groove ends and final running clearance. C93200 is a solid leaded tin bronze reference; it is not an oil-impregnated sintered material.

Selected Concast ASTM B505/B505M-23 chemistry. Cu minimum may be calculated as Cu + Ni; other limits and the complete specification still apply. European casting limits differ.

For your loaded sleeve or wear component, agree casting route, stock allowance, supplied state and final bearing lands. An alloy name does not establish your assembly load capacity.

Selected Concast ASTM B505/B505M-23 chemistry; Ni includes Co. The European casting name is a qualified supplier comparison, with different limits; do not merge acceptance ranges.

For your formed contact strip or specified machined feature, define stock form, supplied temper, bend direction and the final working geometry. Do not assume that a spring strip and a bearing casting use the same route.

Selected Concast ASTM B139/B139M-12(2024) reference. Combined Cu + named elements ≥99.5 is not a pure-copper minimum; form, temper and full limits govern.

For your carrier or loaded interface, agree product form, supplied and final condition, working land and mounting relationship. Machining and material evidence must describe the state you receive.

Selected Concast AMS 4640 reference. European wrought limits can differ; confirm the full ordered standard and supplied condition before substitution.

Review chemistry and cutting references separately from the loaded contact and final-fit requirements.
Different product standards apply; tin content does not rank finished bearing or spring performance.
Source: selected Concast product references. Tin intervals refer to C93200 continuous-cast and C51000 drawn-product specifications stated above. Machinability ratings are indicative material indices on the free-cutting-brass scale; they do not predict cycle time, cost, tool life, running clearance or service performance. These charts are reference data, not your lot analysis report.
Provide shaft and housing details, running clearance, load, speed, temperature and lubrication. Define whether acceptance is free or installed.
Show contact area, direction of motion, mating material and mounting support. Agree final lands and allowed edges.
Specify the exact wrought product, temper, bend direction and finished geometry. Spring or electrical testing needs separate acceptance.
For your bronze CNC machining services review, specify the actual stock and working geometry. Your quote confirms operations, tooling, usable allowance and the accepted inspection scope.

Connect bore, shoulder and running land to the same controlled datums.

Illustrative appearances. Agree roughness, accepted tool marks, oil-port cleanliness and handling protection. Any coating requires separate substrate, preparation, thickness, masking and final-fit review.

When you compare a custom bronze parts manufacturer, request a review of the finished interface and the evidence your receiving team needs.
| 3 acceptance checks | Your drawing input |
|---|---|
| 01 · Material identity | Exact alloy, stock route, product standard and lot evidence. |
| 02 · Final contact geometry | Bore, mounting datum, oil-port access and accepted surface. |
| 03 · Installed or functional state | Agree any installation, load, wear, leak or other test separately. |
Material chemistry and a dimensional report answer different questions. Agree document scope and sampling before repeating quantities.

Connect China manufacturing with Dallas-area coordination for drawing review, sample decisions and delivery requirements.
Use the same material, drawing revision, installed-state requirement and receiving scope when reviewing quotes.
Start with shaft and housing geometry, load, movement, temperature and lubrication. Compare the exact alloy, stock route, final surface and installed fit rather than choosing by colour or a single material index.
Compare full chemistry, product standard, supplied and final condition, mating surfaces and operating requirements. Obtain drawing-authority approval before substitution; European names are qualified references.
State the lubricant, access for replenishment, movement and environment. Solid cast bronze and oil-impregnated sintered stock need separate route reviews; neither a grade name nor a groove drawing guarantees service life.
Do not assume so. Identify the actual material and supplier processing requirements before agreeing machining, cleaning or final acceptance.
No. C51000 wrought material, its product form and temper require a separate review from a cast bearing alloy. Match the route to the actual drawing and supplied product.
No. Compare the complete ordered standard, chemistry, product form and supplied condition. A casting comparison such as CC493K or CC331G is not a universal UNS acceptance range.
Provide CAD and controlled drawing, exact alloy and product standard, stock form and condition, mating details, load and lubrication inputs, quantities, finish and required inspection records.
Define whether measurement is free or installed, identify datums and mating parts, and agree surface, clearance and sampling. Any functional test needs a separately defined method and acceptance limit.
