YOUR GRADE. YOUR LOAD. YOUR FINISHED FIT.
Review your grade, stock or resin, and finished-part requirements together. Plan your PEEK CNC machining or molding project around heat, load, exposure and assembly fit.
Material availability and process scope are reviewed for your drawing.

Specify the stock-shape manufacturer, complete product name and supply condition. Plan blank size and removal around your final part.

Specify the resin grade and approve the molded part. Resin data does not identify an unspecified CNC stock product.
4 starting points. Confirm the full product and manufacturing route — not the family name alone.
For your precision parts, confirm the actual stock product before cutting. Preserve material traceability from incoming stock through your finished dimensions.

|---|---|
| Manufacturer | Ensinger |
| Material family | Unfilled PEEK · CNC stock |
| Purchasing form | Stock shapes for machining |
| Your review | Load, exposure, dimensions and records |

Review your exact product datasheet, temperature, specimen direction and test method. PEEK dimensional stability depends on material and process history; a melt test is not a service-temperature limit.
| Your reference | What to confirm |
|---|---|
| Product | TECAPEEK natural |
| Your exposure | Temperature, duration, load and media |
| Evidence | Current TDS and actual-part validation |

For your PEEK prototype machining or molding review, identify critical bores, sealing lands, threads and installed state. A machined prototype does not establish molding shrinkage or fiber orientation.

|---|---|
| CNC stock | Blank size, support and removal sequence |
| Molding | Flow, cooling and sample approval |
| Your fit | Mating material, temperature and measurement state |

Agree PEEK material traceability and receiving records before production. The actual stock or resin lot, dimensions and functional tests answer different questions.

For your sliding parts, review the complete bearing-grade formulation and mating system. A wear-modified grade does not define one friction coefficient or wear life.

Matching polymer families do not make two products interchangeable.
Two unfilled Victrex resin grades. Lower melt viscosity is not a strength, wear or quality rating.
400°C · ISO 11443 · Pa·s
Victrex manufacturer datasheets, revision March 2026. Typical resin values, not finished-part guarantees.
Review wall sections, gates and flow length.
Agree loads, wear, dimensions and chemical exposure.
Review the selected product and approved sample.
400°C is a melt-test temperature — not a continuous-use rating. Do not use resin viscosity as a CNC stock acceptance value.

Stock and resin are different products. Review direction and electrical requirements.
Unfilled and bearing-grade options. Confirm the complete stock product.

Carbon fiber, graphite and PTFE. Confirm your mating system.

Candidate materials, not inventory promises. Supplier availability and LK manufacturing scope require project review.
| Family / composition | What your order needs |
|---|---|
| PEEK / polyetheretherketone | Semi-crystalline polymer; complete manufacturer product |
| Unfilled / natural | Stock or resin identity and color |
| Glass / carbon reinforced | Exact product, filler type, declared content and direction |
| Wear modified | Specific lubricant/filler formulation and counterface review |
| Material analysis report | Actual lot, agreed method and supplier evidence |
Review your mating surfaces and working conditions before selecting a reinforced or wear-modified grade.
Review actual sustained and peak temperatures, loads and chemical exposure. A melting point, heat-deflection test or material thermal index is not a finished-part service guarantee.

Review stock condition, blank size, clamping and balanced removal. An intermediate stress-relief or annealing step needs the material supplier guidance and your geometry; do not apply one universal recipe.

Choose around contact pressure, motion and actual environment. Glass reinforcement can affect mating-part wear; no single friction value applies to every assembly.

Carbon filled PEEK and glass filled PEEK are not automatic substitutes for unfilled grades. Review anisotropy, electrical behavior, tool wear and the finished contact surface.

For your PEEK seal surface inspection, identify sealing lands, allowed defects and roughness. For bushings, agree inner and outer diameters, roundness, temperature and stabilization.

Agree tool marks, burrs, filler exposure, cleaning and packing. Painting, coating, bonding and laser marking require trials on the exact product and application.

Confirm material form and production scope together.

Confirm stock, datum features, removal sequence and final-fit condition.

Material & blank size · Machining or tooling · Inspection & records · Delivery
For your PEEK machining quote or PEEK injection molding quote, send CAD, controlled drawing, complete product and color, quantities, critical fits, temperature, loads, media, finish and inspection requirements.
Not automatically. Confirm manufacturer, complete product name, color and stock or resin route. Approve alternatives against your drawing and final-part requirements.
Compare stock size, nesting, blank allowance, geometry and removal sequence. A near-net route may help some quantities and shapes; evaluate it against tooling and inspection costs.
Compare quantities, geometry, tooling, lead-time needs and acceptance scope. PEEK prototype machining can review fit; molded samples must establish production shrinkage and performance.
Review stock history, removal volume, geometry, service temperature and supplier recommendations. Agree any intermediate treatment and final verification for the actual product.
PEEK crystallinity and cooling history are part of the molding process review. Validate actual dimensions and properties on the selected grade and molded samples; color alone does not establish crystallinity.
For a PEEK bushings manufacturer or PEEK seals manufacturer review, define critical bores, roundness, sealing lands, roughness, permitted defects and the measuring temperature and stabilization conditions.
No. Confirm the actual stock-shape manufacturer, complete product, color and lot. A resin reference does not identify unspecified rod, plate or tube.
Confirm exact material and product form for each route. A machined stock product and a molding resin can share the polymer family while differing in process history; PEEK-like printing resin is not a substitute.
Material and blank size, usable yield, machining or tooling, quantities, critical fits, inspection records and delivery scope drive the quotation. Compare the same drawing and acceptance requirements.
