Answers Before You Commit

Review your process, final dimensions and acceptance requirements.

What welding processes can be reviewed for my part?

TIG and MIG are common routes for fabricated metal assemblies. Spot and stud welding require specific material, joint and equipment review. Confirm the exact route, qualification and scope in your project quote.

What is the maximum part size?

Size and handling feasibility depend on your geometry, material, fixture and finishing route. Send overall dimensions, assembly weight and a CAD model for review; no universal size limit is published here.

What tolerances can welded assemblies achieve?

Welded assembly tolerances depend on joint layout, material, fixture, sequence and inspection state. Mark final datums and critical features. Post weld machining may be required for selected interfaces.

Can welded parts be powder coated?

A specified coating can be reviewed after welding, cleaning and any required surface preparation. Confirm appearance, masking, corrosion exposure and the final-fit dimensions before sample approval.

Can you handle small batches and prototype orders?

Request a project-specific review for trial and repeat quantities. Prototype welding services and repeat production can have different fixture, setup and inspection costs; confirm minimum quantity and milestones in your quote.

How do you ensure weld quality?

Agree visual, dimensional and any specified additional tests before samples. If your drawing requires a welding code, procedure or welder qualification, list the exact documents and acceptance criteria; availability is confirmed before the order.
