Problems We Help You Solve

Your drawing is the starting point. Your application tells us which tradeoffs matter.

Difficult to Manufacture

Discuss tool access, thin walls and realistic geometry before committing to production.

Quote Too Expensive

Compare material, finish, tolerances and volume to find practical cost options.

Critical Features at Risk

Identify the dimensions and interfaces that need an agreed inspection plan.

Prototype to Repeat Builds

Carry your approved revision and acceptance criteria into repeat orders.

Unclear Delivery Priorities

Share your required date so capacity, production and shipping can be reviewed together.

What We Review for Your Project

Frequently Asked Questions

What files should I send?

Share your CAD model, controlled PDF drawing, part number, revision and initial quantity. Explain how files relate when your request contains multiple parts.

Can I request a quote without choosing a material?

Yes. Select “Not sure — help me choose” and explain your application, environment and constraints so appropriate options can be discussed.

When will I receive pricing?

Timing depends on geometry, processes and the information provided. Our team reviews your requirements and any missing details before confirming scope and estimated lead time.

Can you support FAI or inspection records?

Specify your required dimensional reports, FAI, material records or PPAP scope. The documentation and acceptance criteria need to be agreed for your order.

Can you sign an NDA?

Ask for an NDA before sharing confidential drawings. Review the confidentiality request page and confirm the agreement with our team.

Can you review AI / data center liquid cooling parts?

Share your cooling plate geometry, material, sealing interfaces, leak-test requirements and operating conditions. Manufacturing and inspection scope require an application-specific review.
