NDA & Confidentiality
Discuss confidentiality before sharing sensitive project information. LK MFG can coordinate an NDA request with your company.
Start with the agreement
Email sales@lkmfg.com with your company name, contact person and a brief project description. You may provide your company’s proposed NDA for review. Technical drawings are not needed to start this discussion.
Confirm the parties and scope
The review should identify the correct contracting parties, purpose of disclosure, information covered, permitted recipients and required duration. An agreement must be reviewed and signed by authorized representatives of both parties.
Agree how files will be shared
If your project requires an NDA before disclosure, wait until the agreement is completed and the file-sharing method is agreed before sending confidential drawings or files. Tell us about any restrictions on who may receive or review the information.
Frequently asked questions
Can you review our company’s NDA?
You may send a proposed agreement for review. Sending it does not mean it has been accepted or signed.
Does requesting a quote create an NDA?
No. This page describes the request process. It is not an NDA and does not replace a separately executed agreement.
