Questions You May Have Before Starting

Quick answers for your manufacturing RFQ.

What files should I upload?

Send your 3D CAD and latest controlled 2D drawing where available. Include dimensions, material, finish and critical tolerances. The form supports up to 10 files, 20 MB each.

What helps your team review my RFQ?

Include your material grade, initial and repeat quantities, drawing revision, critical dimensions, surface finish, inspection scope and target delivery date. Tell us how the part fits and functions.

Can I request an NDA before sharing CAD?

Yes. Select Request NDA and contact our team before uploading confidential files. Wait for the agreed document process before sharing restricted information.

Can you help me compare materials or processes?

Yes. Tell us about loads, operating conditions, assembly interfaces and expected volume. Your review can compare suitable manufacturing routes and material options around those needs.

Can my request cover prototypes and repeat orders?

Yes. Share both your first-build quantity and expected repeat demand. We can discuss rapid prototyping, sample approval and the route to repeat production.

How is my delivery schedule confirmed?

Your requested date is reviewed against material availability, geometry, tooling, finishing and inspection requirements. Confirm the quoted schedule and delivery scope before placing your order.
